Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" in the usual sense. This policy explains when we will and won't issue refunds.

Instant digital delivery

All Skills Hub products are PDF files delivered by email and made available in your account immediately after checkout. Nothing is physically shipped.

When we will gladly refund you

We will issue a full refund or replacement, at your choice, if:

  • You never received your download and we cannot resolve the delivery problem within 48 hours of you contacting us;
  • The file is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be opened, and we cannot supply a working copy;
  • You were accidentally charged twice, or purchased the same product twice by mistake.

Please contact us at sales@skills-hub.co.za within 7 days of purchase and include your order number.

When we cannot refund

We cannot offer refunds where the product has been successfully delivered and downloaded and is as described — for example, if you change your mind after downloading, or purchased the wrong product despite the description clearly stating what it covers. This is standard for digital goods, as a downloaded file cannot be returned.

Our promise

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, email us first at sales@skills-hub.co.za — most problems can be sorted out quickly, and we deal with every query personally.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
