Welcome to Skills Hub. By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who we are
Skills Hub is operated by [legal/trading name], based in [town], Western Cape, South Africa. You can contact us at [your email address].
2. Our products
We sell digital training materials (PDF workbooks and guides) for Microsoft Office applications. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Product descriptions state which software versions each guide covers.
3. Licence — what you may and may not do
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, single-user licence. You may:

Download and keep the PDF for your own use;

Print a copy for your own personal study.
You may not:

Share, email, upload, resell, or redistribute the file to anyone else;

Post the file (or extracts from it) on any website, shared drive, or learning platform;

Use the material to train others commercially without a written licence from us.
Schools, businesses, and trainers: multi-user and site licences are available — contact us at sales@skills-hub.co.cza for pricing.
4. Intellectual property
All content, including text, exercises, images, and layout, is the copyright of Skills Hub. Microsoft, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Skills Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered by email and via your account immediately after payment. If your download does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
6. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: we refund faulty or undelivered products, but downloaded digital products that are as described cannot be refunded.
8. Limitation of liability
Our guides are educational materials provided in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our materials. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
